ACCOMMODATION
The Conference is at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in the Canadian Rockies. The hotel was built in the days of the railroad opulence below the Victoria Glacier overlooking Lake Louise. Hiking, indoor swimming, mountain climbing and cycling are available. The weather in October/November is bright but requires warm clothing. Snow is possible.

Additional Room Occupants:
Each extra person sharing a room will be charged an additional $25 per night. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share with their parents. Note that maximum occupancy in the Fairmont room category is two people.
